Returns | We offer an exchange in size and pattern and are also happy to exchange the item for a credit voucher if the item is considered inappropriate. We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practices act and the item is deemed to be & recognised as faulty. If you have purchased online and you feel you have been mislead please email YellowBird Handmade immediately for clarification and exchange/ refund options.
Please notify us of your intention to return any item within 24 hours of delivery via email.

Exchanges | We will happily offer an exchange of your item if it has not been used or damaged in any way and in original condition. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your goods.

Damaged/Faulty Goods | Prior to dispatching your order each item is individually inspected to ensure it is not faulty on our end, they are carefully packaged to ensure they leave & arrive to you in perfect condition. In the event that your goods do arrive in an unsatisfactory condition please notify us immediately.

Sale Items  | Please note that all SALE items are not eligible for an exchange or a refund in accordance with the Fair Trades Practices Act.
